GDM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create product landing pages, manage stores, capture leads, and integrate with third-party services such as Telegram, TikTok Pixel, and Google Sheets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
To use our Service, you must:
4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan details, pricing, and features are subject to change with notice.
4.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.
4.3 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
4.4 Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for service failures.
4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes.
4.6 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining period.
You agree NOT to:
6.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6.2 Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
6.3 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use and share it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Our Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Telegram, TikTok, Google Sheets). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
8.1 Availability: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
8.2 "As Is" Service: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.3 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or business outcomes from using our Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GDM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GDM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
11.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent activity.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data after a 30-day grace period, unless legal obligations require retention.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
