If you can sign in to Tajer Mobile, open your account settings and choose Delete account. The app will ask you to type your account email before deleting the account and owned data.
This path is available for merchant, supplier, manager, admin, and limited-access accounts.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your GDM or Tajer account and include the words "delete my account" in your request.

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion. This protects your account from unauthorized requests.
Some records may be retained if required for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other legitimate business reasons.
In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are reviewed as soon as possible and are normally completed within 30 days after account ownership is confirmed.
